NemesisNet provides software engineering, consulting, and subscription-based technical services as agreed in written proposals, statements of work, or approved communications.
Ownership and licensing are defined per project agreement. Third-party tools remain subject to their original licenses. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NemesisNet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate an engagement in writing with reasonable notice. Outstanding invoices for completed work remain payable upon termination. Work in progress may be delivered in its current state or billed proportionally, depending on the agreement in place.
Information shared during the course of a project is treated as confidential. NemesisNet does not disclose client data, trade secrets, or proprietary systems to third parties without written consent.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any dispute arising from these terms or a project agreement will be resolved in the courts of Cape Town, South Africa.
NemesisNet may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Clients will be notified of material changes via email or direct communication.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NemesisNet's total liability for any claim arising from services rendered will not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
NemesisNet is not liable for failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, internet outages, supplier failures, or government restrictions.
